Service and Attention is what you’ll receive a lot of while we offer a reliable source for anything and everything concerning your pool, including: major and minor repairs, plaster and tile renovation, pump room design, and major rehab and rebuilding. Most importantly, we have revolutionized the methods of community pool management, making us extremely effective in giving you and your neighbors a relaxing summer by the pool.
Lifeguard Staffing
Lifeguards play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. We take the trust you place in us to provide that service seriously. That’s why a Positively Pools Lifeguard is trained beyond current required certifications. All Lifeguards carry current certifications in Red Cross Lifesaving, First Aid and CPR. We stand apart by requiring all employees to work from our unique Company Operations and Training Manual. The guards must read, test, and complete a two-day course on community pool management that outlines and describes job duties during the season. A Positively Pool Lifeguard is informed when to show up for work and even how to change a trash bag. Positively Pools requires that everyone is practicing the same high quality of job performance.
Pool Maintenance
Traditionally, lifeguards have been responsible for pool and pump maintenance. Positively Pools recognizes the difficulty of the lifeguard job and the complexity of a pump system and chemical balance. By assigning this area of operations to our separate Service Division, we minimize some of the many tasks young lifeguards are responsible for, and ensure that the pool is maintained properly and regularly. Certified technicians vacuum and service your pool twice weekly on a consistent schedule. They are also in attendance to recognize and repair a mechanical issue as they arise, before it becomes a pool-closing issue.
Clubhouse Maintenance
All related bathhouses, pump rooms and guard rooms are maintained and stocked for use. Lifeguards will monitor and adjust bathroom needs every hour on their break as well as perform a total bathroom cleaning and restocking at closing everyday.
Every aspect of managing your pool for the summer is included in our contracts. Your pool will be well staffed and monitored and have all the necessary attention to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We look forward to serving you.
