Career Paths
Lifeguard
As a lifeguard, you’ll be trained in Red Cross Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR. You’ll ensure pool safety, maintain cleanliness, and develop skills that are valuable in both work and everyday life.
Head Guard
Head Guards are experienced lifeguards who lead a pool’s staff, ensuring both safety and customer satisfaction. This role is a stepping stone for lifeguards ready to grow into leadership positions.
Supervisor
Supervisors oversee 10–15 pools, guiding lifeguards and head guards while addressing issues as they arise. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as supervisors represent both the company and the communities we serve.
Service Technician
Service Technicians develop and apply mechanical skills to keep pools clean, safe, and operational. From routine maintenance to addressing equipment issues, this role is perfect for problem solvers with a technical mindset.
